**Diagnosed with PCOS and IR on April 10, 2010. Began on Metformin at 1000mg.**
- June 16, 2010: 35 days
- July 21, 2010: 76 days
- October 5, 2010: 39 days
- November 13, 2010: 21 days
**Began NTNT/TTC**
- December 4, 2010: 42 days
- January 15, 2011: 33 days
- February 17, 2011: 44 days
- April 2, 2011: 72 days
**Metformin dosage increased to 1500mg & began taking Vitex & Prenatals**
- June 13, 2011: 40 days
- July 23, 2011: 32 days
- August 24, 2011: 68 days
**Met with Fertility Specialist – trying drug stimulation for ovulation. Metformin dosage increased to 2000mg.**
- October 31, 2011 (Clomid 25mg): 41 days (No O: took progesterone to bring on AF)
- December 11, 2011 (Clomid 50mg): 36 days (No O: took progesterone to bring on AF)
- January 16, 2012 (Clomid 100mg): 27 days - O!!!!! (BFN: natural period)
**Met with NEW Fertility Specialist – hoping for more aggressive approach**
**HyCoSy test: tubes patent, clear, all good internally apart from polycystic ovaries**
- February 12, 2012 (Clomid 100mg – round 2): 32 days – O!!!!! (BFN: natural period)
**Met with IVF centre, ready to start new cycle – long down regulation**
- March 15, 2012 (Birth Control cycle pre-IVF #1)
- April 4, 2012: Begin sniffing Synarel to start down-reg process.
- April 9, 2012: AF arrives.
- April 12, 2012: Begin Puregon injections.
